I employed Paul (NZLBP) to do a Pre-Purchase Inspection. After other companies I approached had been difficult to deal with and unable to do the inspection on time I was surprised at how fantastic Paul’s service was! He went above and beyond to make it possible in a short time frame, did an amazing and very thorough job, provided a great report as well as talking me through it and at the end of the inspection I was able to save thousands on the agreed sale price of the property!

We have utilised Paul's service twice recently whilst in the process of buying a house. On both occassions Paul gave us a very detailed report about each house and was open to offering further comment when requested. Any issues with the property were given further exposure through the inclusion of clear and specific photographs in the report. Paul has all the equipment to check for any moisture issues and leaves no stone un-turned in his reports. Paul gave us prompt and friendly attention and a quick turnaround time for the reports we highly recommend his services to anyone else.
