Paul has been in the building industry since he started his building apprenticeship in 1986, and in this time has experienced most aspects of the industry, including residential and commercial construction, house lifting, renovations and project management. This experience and the subsequent detailed training he has undertaken means that each building inspection is performed with intimate knowledge of the materials, construction and finishing methods, up to date knowledge of building regulations & codes, and is presented in a simple plain english format that allows you to understand any findings clearly.
Paul continues to upskill through the professional building institutes he belongs to as the building industry and its regulations are constantly changing.
